  It might be a long time before I come back to brueggers...I don't know what happened to such a wonderful business...But it was dirty and my husband tried to order one of their burgers and was told rudely that they didn't have any burger patties by the employee working at the time.. I'm so disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

  Good tasting bagels and sandwhiches however i am a tad bit confused....everytime i come in my orders are made differently. For example....i usually order a bagel with cream cheese and sun dried tomato paste......the first time the employee put both CC and SDT on both sides of the bagel. The second time a different employee put one on each side. Third time it was both on one side. I feel like training isnt thorough enough because my bagels had been made different each time and to be honest i liked how the employee did it the first time.

  Fast, convenient and the bagels are great. Weekend tradition: "big bagel bundle" of 13 bagels plus 2 tubs of cream cheese.
